A wonderful antique solid silver and cut glass claret jug. The plain silver collar and cover above a bulbous body with geometric cut glass decoration. Full hallmarks to collar for Samuel F Evans & Co, Birmingham, 1897. Additionally marked with German retailer's mark, also lion passant/date letter to underside of lid. A very high quality piece featuring excellent quality glass work.

In good condition throughout. Hallmarks clear and legible.
