Antique American Acid Etched Tiffany & Co. Solid Sterling Silver Hip / Liquor Flask

A fabulous solid sterling silver flask by Tiffany & Co., made circa 1892 - 1902. The front of the flask etched with a charming scene of a courting couple. The man and woman surrounded by acid-etched floral embellishments. The rear of the flask with ornate initials surrounded by swags and floral sprays. The acid-etched decoration continues on the sides and hinged screw cap. The underside marked:

The marks date the design of this pattern to circa. 1883. This piece was made under the directorship of Charles L. Tiffany, 1892 - 1902. A rare and beautiful piece of period Tiffany silver.

Condition
In good condition with just expected wear throughout. Could be further cleaned by new owner if desired. Hallmarks to base are clear and legible.
