An unusually large solid silver and glass flask, Sheffield 1881. Of plain, slightly tapered cylindrical form with hinged bayonet cap. The base with a large pull off beaker with gilt interior. Hallmarks to neck for James Dixon, .Sheffield 1881. The cup also marked for Dixon, this time 1882. Of unusually large size and weight, 26cm tall and weighing 755 g. The cup on it's own weighs an impressive 178 g. A very handsome piece with attractive engraved crests.
Condition
In good antique condition, with expected wear. Surface wear and small scratches throughout. A couple of small dents to the lid. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
