A rare and beautiful visiting card tray by Gorham, circa. 1884. The plate top decorated with a wild flower pattern. Seemingly draped across the plate is a folded napkin. Excecated in the trompe l'oeil manner and presumably designed by Louis E. Jenks. Marked to base with Gorham hallmarks as well as Sterling, 395 and Q. A fabulous and very rare piece of Gorham silver.
